-With the school year about to end and the Seniors about to graduate and think about their future, BSCD is here to help students fulfill their goals for higher education.
Every year, Blaine Soil Conservation District offers graduating seniors an opportunity for a scholarship. Only thing you have to do is complete the application and complete an essay on the topic that is chosen for you. With education costs increasing, we would like to help you with your goals. Please remember to follow all detailed instructions before handing in your information to your counselor.
